About the Role

Join a fast paced acute team delivering responsive care for older patients with urgent needs. You will manage assessments, support safe discharge, build solid team links and deliver person centred care that makes a real difference.

• Deliver acute nursing care within short stay settings
• Assess needs and plan timely care pathways
• Support safe, prompt discharge planning
• Partner with multidisciplinary team members
• Guide students and support staff practice

About You

You are a compassionate and capable nurse who enjoys working in a fast paced acute setting and supporting protected, person centred care.

• Registered or eligible Nurse with NMBA and current certificate
• Demonstrated clinical competence within acute nursing practice
• Clear communicator with strong problem solving skills
• Confident working within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexible, organised and committed to person centred care
