Keep Safe Traffic Management is seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Controllers for ongoing and casual work across South Australia. You will play a key role in maintaining safe work zones for workers, road users, and the public.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate traffic control equipment in line with approved Traffic Management Plans
- Control traffic using stop/slow bats and approved methods
- Maintain strong communication with team members and supervisors
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on site
- Communicate effectively with the public, site managers, and other stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Current Traffic Control Tickets – TC1/TMI1, TC2/TMI2 and TMI3 (highly desirable)
- Valid White Card
- Reliable, safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying conditions
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including regional, weekends and public holidays
- Immediate start
- Some previous traffic control experience preferred
