Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and service split systems, ducted systems, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair system faults

- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance across commercial and residential sites

- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, ARCtick requirements, and company safety procedures

- Collaborate with team members and project managers for efficient job delivery

- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent trade qualification)

- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Current NSW driver’s licence

- Current construction industry white card

- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician, ideally across both commercial and residential projects

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Previous familiarity with app-based job tracking software (SimPRO experience an advantage) or willingness to learn

- Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current NSW Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Location:
Our company operates within the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia – specifically between Coffs Harbour and Newcastle. The ideal applicant would be conveniently situated between Port Macquarie and Taree to effectively cover our serviced areas.
