Opportunity:
Legeneering currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Structural Project Coordinator to join our team at Henderson on a permanent full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities Overview:
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Coordinators in all aspects of project management and coordination as directed
- Assist with providing technical and commercial assessments of upcoming and existing projects
- Assist with Reviewing, planning, and defining request for quotations
- Review initial Scope of Work requirements
- Assist the development of engineered structural and piping solutions with the aid of Engineers, Technical Advisors and Designers.
- Support the development of execution Work Packs with the aid of Technical Advisors
- Assist with managing project budgets and providing input to project controls for timely invoicing
- Coordinate, manage and report project operating budgets
- Ensure delivery targets are met by liaising directly with client
- Assist in the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective projects
- Continuously monitor Project Schedules
Practical Skills:
- Ability to work on numerous projects and deliver on time
- Strong analytical background with the ability to work under minimal direction / supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills (proven ability to interact, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with personnel on all levels, both within and external to the company)
- Strong personal attributes, including resilience, initiative, judgement and self-confidence
- Proven capabilities in problem solving
- High level written and verbal communicant skills
