The Integrated Services Manager (ISM) will be based in Derby on a Full time basis. You will play a pivotal role in the Renal Health Centre, working closely with the Renal Services Manager to maintain high standards of care and compliance. This leadership position involves overseeing the operations of the support services team while ensuring that all staff receive the necessary training and development to excel in their roles. The ISM is also responsible for the development and evaluation of policies and procedures that align with our commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce management including recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Oversee service agreements and manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain efficient reception services and support administrative functions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the principles of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.
- Experience in administration or a willingness to work towards a Certificate IV in administration.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Current Federal Police clearance and a valid “C” class Drivers Licence.
Salary & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $104,382 per annum (pro rata), along with attractive benefits including:
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Annual airfare of $1,683 (after 12 months of service)
- Optional salary sacrifice options up to $30,000 per annum (pro rata)
