Nagrom, a leading mineral processing company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our fabrication and maintenance team at our Kelmscott workshop, supporting our operations.

This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude who is ready to work across a variety of equipment and machinery in a dynamic workshop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed and portable plant & equipment

- Diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment reliability

- Working safely and efficiently within a high-performing crew

- Assist the team with new equipment design and construction.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Relevant trade certificate

- Minimum 4 years in a similar role

- Sound knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc

- Good general machining skills

Desirable but Not Essential:

- Electrical Test & Tag certification

- Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical control systems

- Fabrication skills

- Forklift, EWP, Crane license (CN class or higher)

Role Details:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (occasional overtime available)
