Responsibilities and Expertise
- Work as part of a team delivering advanced technical, research and analytical expertise to support the development of service planning specifications, timetables and operating strategies across a multimodal transport network.
- Analyse demand, performance and customer data, design integrated network plans, and support service optimisation and timetable development to improve customer experience and service outcomes.
- Lead evidence based service planning solutions in a complex operating environment, balancing demand, infrastructure constraints and stakeholder expectations.
- Translate complex data into practical, customer-focused service solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical adviser, develop service plans,
evaluate timetables and provide credible advice on network and operational impacts.
- Work autonomously while partnering with stakeholders in a fast paced planning environment.
