Summary:

Join our dedicated team as an Aged Care Support Worker in Woollahra. You will provide compassionate care and support to elderly clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.




- Support clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Ensure a safe and clean-living workplace for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly clients.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
- Current National Police Check
