**Perth, WA | Defence, Healthcare, Commercial, Aviation & Transport Projects** Join our growing Perth Building Services team and help deliver some of Western Australia's most exciting and complex projects across the defence, healthcare, commercial, aviation and transport sectors. As a BIM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving digital delivery excellence, coordinating multidisciplinary building services models and supporting project teams from concept design through to construction. Working alongside industry-leading engineers and designers, you'll contribute to major projects that shape critical infrastructure, hospitals, airports, workplaces and defence facilities across Australia. **The Role** + Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection disciplines + Manage model federation, clash detection and coordination reviews + Support project teams with BIM execution plans and digital delivery standards + Maintain model quality, compliance and documentation throughout project delivery + Collaborate with engineers,
