About the RoleÂ

We are seeking a Graduate Project Controller to support multidisciplinary projects through effective cost management, budget analysis, and financial oversight. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasting, transparent reporting, and strong governance compliance, ensuring programs remain on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:Â

- Provide cost and budget analysis across major programsÂ

- Apply risk management and contingency planningÂ

- Implement budget management frameworksÂ

- Monitor costs, variations, and milestonesÂ

- Recommend cost control improvementsÂ

- Ensure governance complianceÂ

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional capable of contributing effectively to complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is suited to a recent university graduate who is eager to develop a career in project controls. Suitable degree backgrounds include Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. To be successful, you will demonstrate an interest in the application of AI, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.Â

RequirementsÂ

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Construction Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related fieldÂ

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamÂ

- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ

- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solvingÂ

- Interest in data-driven decision-making, digital tools, AI applications, and process improvementÂ

- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilityÂ
