The Person

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to landlords and tenants.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- 6+ months real estate experience required, preferably in Property Management
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- A proactive, team-focused approach

The Role

Working alongside an experienced Property Management team, you will manage the leasing process from the initial enquiry through to a successful move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections




- Responding to rental enquiries and qualifying prospective tenants
- Processing tenancy applications
- Preparing lease documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Assisting with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Maintaining accurate property listings across online portals
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
- Supporting the Property Management team with general administration
