Client Details
Blok Modular are a national award-winning architecture practice with a design team of 10 people, and we operate a modular factory attached to our studio. We work across a variety of typologies, scales and settings from coastal and hinterland sites to inner city and suburban projects across New South Wales and Queensland. Projects include beach and mountain houses, additions, multi-residential and small commercial projects, hotel and accommodation projects. We also collaborate with other leading architecture practices.

Description
Key responsibilities include:

- Day to day management and coordination of trades and sub-contractors




- Overseeing factory works as well as on site installation
- Ensuring a safety first culture at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met

Profile
Selection criteria will include:

- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Experience working on high end architectural homes
