About The Role

Juniper Chrystal Halliday, located in Karrinyup, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our supportive residential aged care team on a casual basis.

In this role, you will assess residents’ clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans. You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to delivering protected, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be required to have availability through the week to cover planned and unplanned leave.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeingDevelop, implement and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and their familiesAdminister medications and provide clinical treatments in line with qualified standardsProvide leadership,



mentoring and guidance to care staffLiaise with GPs, allied health professionals and external providers to coordinate resident careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reportingSupport AN-ACC assessments and ensure accurate clinical documentationEnsure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practiceParticipate in infection prevention, risk management and quality improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse2+ years’ experience as an RN in an aged care setting (or equivalent)Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skillsAbility to guide staff in wound and diabetes managementSound understanding of medication systemsExcellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
