What You'll Do:

Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the Preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and prepares the Preschoolers for their transition to big school!
Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
Inspire and Grow: Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.

What we need from you:





- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
- WWCC
- Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
