About your new role

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be the face of the boutique — delivering a tailored in-store experience, building long-term client relationships, and developing strong product knowledge across fine timepieces. This role suits someone confident in premium retail who enjoys client interaction and wants to build a career in specialist retail.

You’ll work closely with clients, support daily boutique operations, and be trained in technical product knowledge to confidently present and sell a curated range of watches.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling)
- Deliver personalised in-store customer experiences
- Present and sell fine timepieces with product confidence




- Maintain boutique presentation and brand standards
- Support stock management and daily operations
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training

Skills & experience

- Experience in premium retail (fashion, jewellery, accessories or similar)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Interest in product, design, and technical learning
- Comfortable working a rotating roster including weekends
