What You'll Be Doing
No one gets boxed into one job here.

You'll build relationships with customers, process sales, organise stock, coordinate freight and help keep the branch running smoothly. Some days you'll spend more time with customers. Other days you'll be in the warehouse. That's wholesale.

You'll be responsible for:

- Supporting customers over the phone, by email and at the trade counter
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders




- Receiving stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Coordinating freight and courier bookings
- Spotting sales opportunities and building lasting customer relationships
- Doing whatever needs doing to keep the branch moving

What You'll Bring
You'll already have experience in electrical, security or trade wholesale. You know what a busy wholesale setting looks like and you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

You'll probably be someone who:

- Gets things done without being asked twice
- Enjoys dealing with customers and building long-term relationships
- Is just as comfortable in the warehouse as they are behind the counter
- Stays organised when things get busy
- Takes ownership and follows things through
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
