WHAT YOU'LL GET:

- $85k – 120k + Super
- Salary packaging offered
- After 6 months, you’ll get another 4 months of training in areas of your interest

- $1k each year to support your own professional development + 3 days paid study leave
- 3 days per year – on top of annual leave – for you to do what you like
- Relocation allowance offered (NO sponsorship offered) must be based in Australia

YOUR ROLE:

- Work with NDIS participants and their networks health professionals, agencies,



families, and carers to understand a person’s needs and define their goals.
- Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes and in community environments (and in clinic locations, where necessary)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
- Contribute to exciting new initiatives to innovate service and continuously improve the client experience
- Make a lasting, meaningful difference in people’s lives
- Admin taken care of - you don’t need to worry about this

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- Minimum 1+ years experience
- AHPRA registration
- Full Australian working rights – NO Sponsorship offered
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
