IT Project Manager
Sydney | 1 Day WFH

Amazing opportunity to join a globally recognised retail brand, leading end-to-end delivery of tech and business transformation projects. Reporting directly into the Global Head of IT, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience and enable business growth.

The Role:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from discovery, requirements gathering and business analysis through to execution, implementation and post-project review.
- Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to define current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop robust project documentation including business cases, project charters, roadmaps, risk assessments and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business units and IT.
- Manage vendor relationships, external consultants and system integrators to keep delivery aligned with project and organisational objectives.
- Report on project progress, risk, budget, dependencies and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive change management strategies and lead adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Ensure projects meet internal governance, quality and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Responsibilities:





- Demonstrated experience in project management and/or business analysis, ideally within IT, business transformation or operational improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms) and how they integrate into business processes.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators and external partners.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
- An analytical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience in retail highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field
