About the role:

In this inbound/outbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with general sales and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.

Duties:

- Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
- Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
- Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and professional manner
- Provide inventory/delivery/dispatch details as requested
- Manage and be responsible for the sales inbox
- Provide sales/inventory reports as requested




- Regularly contact customers with backorders to confirm if stock is still required and update backorders on the system accordingly
- Manage any customer return and credit requests
- Assist with any sales/promotional programs
- Update customers on any ETA or order changes in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
- Intermediate computer skills
- Great organisational skills
