Experienced Concreters – Join a Professional, Safety‑Focused Crew

We are seeking experienced Concreters to join our team on ongoing projects, working alongside a tight‑knit crew that takes pride in quality workmanship and safety. This role is ideal for hands‑on concreters who enjoy variety, teamwork, and working within structured systems.

About the Role
In this position, you will be delivering high‑quality concrete works across a range of tasks including formwork, steel fixing, concrete pours, finishing, and curing. You will also assist with slab preparation and earthworks to ensure projects stay on schedule. The role includes operating and maintaining plant and trucks, helping you broaden your skillset while contributing to efficient site operations.

You will be responsible for completing pre-starts, routine inspections, and minor repairs, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and well maintained. All work is carried out within safety systems,



with a strong focus on getting everyone home safely at the end of each shift.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a concreter
- Robust skills across formwork, steel fixing, pours and finishing
- Ability to assist with earthworks and slab preparation
- Safety‑focused mindset with experience working under site safety systems
- Team player who works well within a close‑knit crew
