Strategic client partnerships drive commercial growth. Davies Stewart Consulting is seeking a proactive, results-driven Growth, Partnerships & Account Manager to join our leadership team in Adelaide on a permanent, full-time basis.

Acting as a key ambassador for our business, you will combine business development, account management, and strategic relationship building to connect corporate clients with tailored talent acquisition and workforce solutions.

What the role entails:

- BUSINESS GROWTH: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, maintaining an active sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted research.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Nurture trusted relationships across existing client portfolios to drive retention, satisfaction, and service expansion.
- STRATEGIC NETWORKING: Represent Davies Stewart at industry forums, networking events, and business functions to expand our market presence.
- COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE: Manage sales activity within our CRM, monitor account benchmarks, and prepare pipeline forecasts for the Director.

What you will bring:

- COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE: A proven background in BD or account management, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or consulting.
- CONSULTATIVE APPROACH: Robust knowledge of workforce planning and talent acquisition, with the ability to deliver high-calibre corporate proposals.
- TARGET DRIVEN:



Success in achieving commercial targets, revenue goals, and client conversion KPIs.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the professionalism to consult at the executive level.
