Clinical Manager - Aged Care - Darling Downs region

We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Clinical Manager with exceptional leadership skills for a beautiful contemporary facility. This role is highly supported with a long-standing Facility Manager and a team of Clinical Nurses.

- $135k-$145k + super + relocation assistance/temp accommodation
- Managing a team of Clinical Nurses, RN's and AIN's
- Fantastic Head Office support – Operations Managers, Ops Support Managers, Quality Manager, Quality Coordinators.
- 2-5 years’ experience needed as a Clinical Manager
- Looking for a solid leader - someone who is firm but fair
- Strong leadership skills in order to guide, educate and support the RN's

The Role

As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and clinical governance. You will work closely with the Facility Manager and a dedicated care team to promote a positive, person-centred culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and compliance standards




- Foster a positive workplace culture that empowers and supports staff
- Monitor care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident wellbeing
- Drive quality improvement and infection control initiatives

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as an Aged Care Clinical Manager
- Ability to provide supportive leadership to the team on the ground
- Good tenure and stability in previous roles
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within aged care
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks
- Good understanding of the new Strengthened Standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- A passion for improving the lives of older Australians
