About the Role

We are seeking talented senior legal professionals with experience in commercial litigation, strata, dispute resolution or construction law to join our growing national firm.

This role offers a genuine opportunity for a senior lawyer to forge the next step in their career towards running and developing a practice. Chambers Russell offers a transparent pathway of progression into senior roles including Partnership.

About You

- 4+ years post admission experience.
- An ability to manage own file load and to mentor junior lawyers;
- An ability to build strong client relationships;
- A focus high level service to our clients;
- Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills; and
- An ability to build and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
