- Is interested in flexible work options that promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Wants the opportunity to deliver care both in our purpose-built neuro rehabilitation centre and within the community.
- A thorough understanding of providing assessment, treatment and recommendations for clients on the NDIS and iCare schemes is desirable.
- Has a high level of experience and demonstrated competencies completing complex reporting, including assistive technology requests.
- Enjoys independence and autonomy in their role.
- Can manage junior team members, whilst also managing a balanced caseload of clients.
- Experience providing clinical supervision or demonstrated leadership potential through proven mentoring of junior staff is desired.

The role:

While we ideally seek a full-time applicant, we are open to negotiating workdays and hours for the right candidate.

- You will manage a caseload primarily consisting of adults with neurological conditions, providing in-clinic assessments and treatments, as well as home and community visits.
- You will provide patient-centred care, empowering clients to achieve their goals.
- A competitive salary package will be offered based on experience and responsibilities.
