What We’re Looking For:
We seek an experienced Case Management professional with a deep understanding Employment Programs.
Key Qualifications:
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships through coaching, mentoring and effective case management
• Skilled in monitoring progress, improving performance and proactively meeting program KPIs
• Experience supporting job seekers, identifying training needs and delivering tailored guidance
• Proven track record in lead generation and securing meaningful employment outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to match job requirements with personalised support plans
• Confident group facilitator who creates engaging and supportive learning environments
• Collaborative communicator who works well with leaders and team members
• Highly organised with accurate, timely administrative and reporting skills
• Proficient with computer systems and technology
• Naturally connects with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
About You
• You hold a current C Class Driver’s Licence and a valid Blue Card (or can obtain one quickly)
• Have a current police check (or willing to undertake one)
• You bring robust cultural understanding and work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
• You communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence, building rapport with diverse participants
• You collaborate easily with others and contribute positively to a culturally safe, supportive team
