About the Opportunity

This entry-level, hands-on role is primarily responsible for Lioness online customer returns and blogger order fulfilment — processing Eshop customer returns, returning stock to inventory, unpacking incoming blogger stock, and accurately fulfilling and dispatching blogger orders. It’s a great starting point for someone who wants to build a career in warehouse and fulfilment operations within a fast-moving fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

Eshop Return Operations

- Receive and accurately process Eshop returns
- Return inventory to stock correctly and promptly
- Meet volume- and time-based KPIs for returns processing

Blogger Operations

- Unpack incoming blogger stock
- Pick, pack and dispatch blogger orders accurately and within deadline
- Help ensure campaign, marketing and range launch dates are met

General Warehouse & Teamwork





- Assist Warehouse Coordinators with picking, packing and dispatching online sales orders to Lioness quality and time standards
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment
- Handle stock carefully and maintain accurate inventory records, liaising with the Eshop Warehouse Coordinator
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

Essential

- Responsible, diligent and efficient
- Attention to detail, accurate with numbers and counting of stock.
- Ability to use computers & software, training will be provided.

Highly regarded

- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or retail environment
- Experience using stock or inventory management systems
- Fashion Warehouse or previous online pick and pack experience
- Interest or experience in fashion, apparel or e-commerce

Employment Details

- Full-time (37.5 hours), Permanent
- Award coverage: Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Associated Industries Award 2020 — Warehouse Grade 1
- Reports to the Fulfilment Team Lead
- Pay: $26.92 per hour
