About The Role

Deliver and maintain the Healthy School Lunch program within the assigned school through preparing, cooking and serving nutritious and tasty school lunches for children and staff, as well as undertaking kitchen cleaning duties/processes at the assigned location.

We are looking for

Essential

Complete two hospitality units:SITXFSA005 (SITXFSA001) – Use hygienic practices for food safetySITXFSA006 (SITXFSA002) – Participate in safe food handling practices; OR Complete one retail unit:SIRRFSA001 – Handle food safely in a retail setting; OR Complete three community services and health industries units:HLTFSE001 – Follow basic food safety practicesHLTFSE005 – Apply and monitor food safety requirementsHLTFSE007 – Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplaceCurrent Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment

Relevant qualification/s in food preparation/production
