We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our head office in Nerang, Gold Coast. This is an in office position, so we encourage candidates who reside in the Gold Coast area to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Welcoming clients with warmth and assisting with their needs.
- Ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry.
- Supporting online order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
- Providing general administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties.
What You Bring:

- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

Working Hours: Available for 30-40 hours, 4-5 days per week with flexible timing, including occasional availability on Saturdays.
