About You

- Live and can support our customers in Makay and surrounding areas
- Hold an Australian Driver’s Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)
- Able to complete our paid 2-week training program
- Seeking in-home aged care work (not disability or facility-based care)

What We Offer

- Open to entry-level and experienced carers
- $34.80 - $36.59 p/h + super
- Paid travel time + $1.33 p/km allowance + company phone
- Permanent Contract hours:
- Recent Entrants: 20 - 30 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Experienced Carers (12+ months experience): 20 – 50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

Your Role

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.



From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.

- Entry-level: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep and household support
- Experienced: Personal care (showering, toileting, medications), social support and domestic duties
- Most importantly provide companionship and brighten someone’s day
