- Pay: $30 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)

- Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours

- Preferred working hours: School hours (9:00 am – 3.00 pm).

About the Role

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that help keep our business running smoothly, including:

- General office administration and filing

- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Processing invoices and basic accounts administration

- Coordinating day-to-day office activities





- Providing administrative support to the business owner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous administration or office experience

- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Have strong communication and customer service skills

- Be confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

- Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively

- Be reliable, proactive and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
