The Opportunity

With a growing diverse portfolio of quality animal products Dechra Veterinary Products (Australia) is expanding. This is an opportunity for an experienced Production Operator to join our team.

The Challenge

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the below duties including but not limited to:

- Ensures that all work is done in accordance with the principles of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

- Running automated production lines safely, efficiently and in accordance with production schedule.

- Maintains a clean and tidy work area





- Troubleshoots and adjusts equipment during the run to achieve optimum output, minimising down time and material wastage.

- Monitoring the quality of product throughout the filling run.

- Completes all relevant documentation and reporting.

- Participates in required training as required.

- Reports all equipment faults in accordance with established processes.

About You

- Experience in manufacturing is preferred, however not necessary as all training shall be provided.

- A strong focus on work-place safety.

- The ability to work with, and around Penicillin and Penicillin products is required.
