About the role
Reporting directly to the Head Brewer, you will be responsible for line setup, operation, quality control, maintenance and supervising a packaging team. This includes:
· Lead setup, operation and pack-down of packaging line.
· Supervise, train and support a small packaging team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
· Perform line maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
· Manage QA/QC checks as directed by the Head Brewer.
· Safely handle loading/unloading of deliveries and moving stock with forklift.
· Production/inventory records in NetSuite.
· Maintain safe working practices and uphold all WHS compliance on the production floor.
What we are looking for
· Experience operating and supervising a beverage packaging line.
· Current Forklift Licence.
· Medium Rigid truck licence, or willingness to obtain.
· Explicit communicator who can direct a team calmly and effectively under pressure.
· Comfortable in an active, physical role.
· Computer literate, with experience using production software.
