We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to step into a fun fast-paced setting and make a difference!

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team

- Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns

- Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety

- Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed

- Stepping up as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, taking full responsibility for operations

What we’re looking for

- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality environment

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment

- Availability for a rotating flexible roster - no late nights or early mornings
