The Role

- Position: Casual Chef De Partie, with the potential for full time for the right candidate

- Location: Phat Brew Club, 222/58 Southside Dr, Hillarys WA 6025

- Hours: 25+ per week including evenings & weekends

As a Chef De Partie , you'll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers. This is the perfect role for a chef who wants to learn, level up, and be part of a fast-growing brewpub.

What You'll Do

- Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service

- Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety

- Learn and master each section of the kitchen

- Support with events, specials, and high-volume service

- Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift

We're Looking for a Chef De Partie Who Is:

- Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you've got wood-fire experience)

- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for quality

- Excited by rotating specials, bold flavours, and menu contribution

- A team player who fits into Phat's inclusive, playful, and community-driven culture

- Has a minimum of 2+ years commercial kitchen experience

- Holds a current Food Handler's Certificate

- Have unrestricted weekend availability especially during peak holiday periods

- Own reliable transport
