Family Support Newcastle provides services across the Newcastle region that promote the wellbeing of children, their families, individuals and families.

The Cultural Liaison Officer plays a key role in strengthening relationships between Family Support Newcastle and Aboriginal children, families and communities. The position supports the delivery of culturally protected, trauma-informed and strengths-based services by promoting cultural connection, advocating for the needs and aspirations of Aboriginal families, and working alongside staff to embed culturally responsive practice across the organisation.
