Develop (ASX:DVP) has a twin-pronged strategy to drive long term growth and value creation across both mine ownership and mining services.

The first of these centres on the development and production of future facing metals. As part of this, Develop has successfully declared commercial production at it's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Project in NSW, achieving and exceeding steady state throughput rates, while rapidly advancing the Sulphur Springs Zinc-Copper Project in WA. In parallel, the company is progressing it's Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA.

The second plank of Develop's strategy centres on the provision of underground mining services. As part of this, Develop has agreements to provide underground mining services to:

- Bellevue Gold's (ASX:BGL) Bellevue Project;
- Oceana Gold's (TSX: OGC), Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO), Finniss Lithium Operation.

Woodlawn Copper-Zine Mine

DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

The Opportunity: Warehouse Officer

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient sourcing, storage and delivery of mining materials and consumables to support our operations.

Your main responsibilities as a Warehouse Officer will include:

- Raise and receipt purchase orders.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and freight companies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Monitor and manage minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Oversee the day to day operation of the warehouse and stores.
- Deliver consumables underground, including ground support materials, dangerous goods and fuel.
- Collect and transport urgent supplies from local suppliers to site.
- Work closely with management to forecast future stock and consumable requirements.
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment.

The Requirements of the role:

- Previous warehouse experience, preferably within the mining industry.
- A current High Risk Forklift Licence.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Experience using warehouse or procurement software (Pronto experience is highly regarded).
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
