About the role

JT's Earthworks & Bulk Haulage is looking for experienced, reliable HC Truck & Dog Operators and a HR Water Cart Operator to join our team in Maitland, NSW.

What you'll be doing

- Safely operating HC-licensed trucks and dog trailers to transport quarry material OR Safely operating HR-Water Cart in civil construction projects across the Newcastle and Hunter Region.

- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness

- Adhering to all relevant road rules, safety regulations, and company policies

- Maintaining accurate logbooks and other necessary documentation

- Accurately monitoring axle weights and gross limits

- Providing excellent customer service and on-time deliveries

What we're looking for

- Valid HC / HR driver's licence with a clean driving record

- Experience operating HC-licensed trucks and dog trailers OR HR Water Carts

- Familiarity with and commitment to the road transport industry regulations including Safety, COR, NHVAS Accreditation and PBS rules





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Reliable and responsible work ethic

- Pride in your equipment with commitment to weekly housekeeping of interior and exterior of trucks
