Chef / Cook Wanted – Paradise Point Japanese Cuisine (Gold Coast)

Paradise Point Japanese Cuisine, located in Paradise Point on the Gold Coast, is currently looking for experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (in Japan or overseas)

- Conversational English required
(Applicants requiring visa sponsorship must meet the English requirements, including IELTS where applicable.)

- Passionate about working in Australia and building a successful career

- Those who want to gain valuable experience in fine dining or eventually open their own restaurant are especially encouraged to apply.

We are primarily seeking full-time staff, but we are also hiring casual employees who are available to work approximately 5 days per week.

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Salary

Salary will depend on your position and experience.

• From AUD $78,000+ per year (full-time)

• Casual hourly rates are paid in accordance with the Fair Work Award.

Working Hours

Full-time





Approximately:

• 10:00 am – 2:30 pm

• 4:45 pm – 9:30 pm

Roster:

• 6 days per week

• 4 double shifts + 2 dinner shifts

• Monday & Tuesday: dinner service only

• Sunday: closed
