About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Asset Finance Specialist to join our team in Biggera Waters, QLD.
This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll work closely with new and existing clients, guiding them through the finance process with confidence from their initial enquiry through to settlement.
Every client has different circumstances and goals, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak with clients to understand their goals and financial circumstances.
- Explore and present finance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage the client journey from enquiry through to approval and settlement.
- Liaise with lenders to achieve suitable outcomes for your clients.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver the best possible experience for every client.
