ICT, Data & Digital Capability Manager

InterGrain is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ICT, Data & Digital Capability Manager to drive the strategic and operational leadership of our technology, data governance and digital transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our ICT systems, digital platforms and information assets enable efficiency, collaboration, security and long-term business resilience.

About the Role

As ICT, Data & Digital Capability Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and ongoing development of InterGrain's technology environment, data governance framework and digital capability roadmap.

You will oversee ICT infrastructure, enterprise systems, information management, cyber security and digital transformation projects while supporting the optimisation of key platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Power Platform and Salesforce.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across technology, people, processes and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of InterGrain's ICT, data and digital capability roadmap.

- Oversee ICT infrastructure, cloud services, networking and end-user technology support.

- Manage external ICT vendors and managed service providers.

- Drive data governance,



information management and data stewardship practices across the organisation.

- Support the implementation and optimisation of research, breeding, laboratory and business systems.

- Champion digital innovation, automation, analytics and emerging technologies.

- Strengthen cyber security, business continuity and organisational resilience.

- Lead ICT and digital transformation projects from planning through to implementation and operational transition.

- Build strong relationships across technical, operational and research teams to ensure technology solutions deliver practical business outcomes.

Desirable Experience

We would be particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Agriculture, agribusiness, research, breeding or laboratory environments.

- Data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence or high-performance computing.

- Managing technology within geographically dispersed or seasonal operational environments.
