Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is seeking enthusiastic and caring Crèche Attendants and experienced Crèche Room Leaders to join our growing casual pool supporting crèche facilities across North Metropolitan TAFE campuses.

About the Role
Working within the TAFE crèche, you will:
- Provide a protected, welcoming and engaging environment for children from infancy to school age.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play.
- Assist with age-appropriate learning and recreational activities.
- Support children's daily routines, including meals, toileting and rest where required.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and fellow educators.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and duty of care.
- Follow all policies, procedures and child safe practices.
Crèche Room Leaders will also:
- Lead and support the daily operation of the crèche.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other educators.
- Assist with programming, daily planning and room organisation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and quality standards.
- Support a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You

- Flexible and available to work casual shifts across North Metropolitan TAFE campuses.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for these positions, you must have:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to provide two recent professional references
Qualifications
Crèche Attendants
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred) or relevant experience working with children.
Crèche Room Leaders
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred) or demonstrated experience leading a room within an early childhood or crèche setting.
