About the Role

As a People Experience Advisor at Aurora Energy, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the business, providing advice, coaching and support on a broad range of people matters. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance conversations and people initiatives, you'll play a key role in helping our people and teams thrive. This is a varied, relationship-focused role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of opportunity to influence outcomes, build strong connections and contribute to positive employee experiences across the organisation.

About You

You're the kind of person who remembers names, builds rapport easily and can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. You love working with people, solving problems and helping others succeed. With HR experience, sound judgement and a proactive approach, you're comfortable navigating everything from challenging conversations to exciting new initiatives. You bring positive energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for creating great experiences at work.

This role sits within People Experience and they’re known around the traps as ‘PX’. They look after everything from growing skills and capabilities, training, internal communication, and human-resource related matters. They also lead a number of initiatives that relate to enhancing our people’s experience from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to leading a dedicated Wellbeing and Community Program, and designing and delivering tailor-made training at operational and organisational levels.
