The role
Applications are sought for the position of People & Culture Administrator.
The responsibilities of this role will be:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
- Coordinate interviews, medicals, background checks, site visits, mobilisation requirements, and recruitment administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, position descriptions, and organisational data across HR systems.
- Manage the People & Culture inbox, responding to enquiries and directing requests appropriately.
- Monitor and administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, and graduate programs.
- Assist with maintaining HR data, reporting, organisational charts, and workforce tracking information.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, including service awards and company recognition initiatives.
- Support People & Culture Advisors with compliance, apprenticeship incentive claims, and HR administration.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders and provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring HR processes are accurate, effective, and aligned with company policies and procedures.

About you
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of confidentiality and personal integrity
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (desirable)
- Understanding of HR processes (desirable)
- Exposure to reporting and data analysis (desierable)
