Service Manager
Sydney - Circa $150k - $170k + Package
An established Fire Protection business is seeking an experienced Dry Fire Service Manager to lead and grow its dry fire service division. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing technicians, client relationships, service delivery and the overall performance of the department.
The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience in a similar Service Manager or Operations Manager role within Fire Protection.
- Have strong technical knowledge of dry fire systems, including fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting and associated compliance requirements.
- Be experienced managing technicians, workloads and service operations.
- Have experience preparing quotations for defects, repairs and minor works.
- Have a robust understanding of AS1851, AFSS and Australian Standards.




- Be commercially minded with experience managing KPIs, budgets and department performance.
- Have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Uptick, Simpro or similar service management software is advantageous.

The client is looking for a long-term leader who can take ownership of the department and play a key role in its continued growth.
