Our client is a growing renewable energy owner and operator committed to delivering a cleaner energy future. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to optimise the commercial performance of their utility-scale solar and BESS portfolio.
About the Role:
Working closely with investors, operators, O&M; providers and key stakeholders, you'll drive commercial performance across a portfolio of renewable energy assets, ensuring contractual compliance, financial optimisation and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial performance of utility-scale renewable energy assets.
- Administer EPC, O&M;, OEM, landholder and service agreements.
- Monitor asset budgets, revenue, operating costs and financial performance.
- Manage contract compliance, variations, claims, warranties and performance guarantees.
- Lead commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analysis.
- Coordinate with technical,
finance and market operations teams to maximise asset value.
- Support refinancing, acquisitions and due diligence activities where required.
- Build strong relationships with investors, contractors and regulatory stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in commercial or asset management within renewable energy, infrastructure or utilities.
- Robust understanding of EPC, O&M; and asset management contracts.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Australian renewable energy market is highly regarded.
