Solar Sales Setter – Warm Leads | $70K–$105K OTE

We’re looking for someone who is seriously good on the phone.

Not someone who just reads a script.

Not someone who books anything they can and leaves the sales team to clean it up.

We want someone who can take control of a conversation, build trust quickly, handle objections and lock in quality appointments.

You’ll primarily be speaking with warm solar and battery enquiries across South East Queensland.

We also operate in Western Australia, which is why this role runs from 12pm–8pm. The later shift allows us to speak with Queensland customers after work while also covering WA during normal business hours.

These are people who have already shown interest in solar or battery storage.

Your job is to turn that interest into a properly qualified in-home appointment for one of our Energy Experts.

The Role

You’ll be:

- Calling warm inbound solar and battery enquiries

- Booking and confirming in-home consultations

- Following up customers by phone, SMS and email

- Handling objections confidently

- Building urgency without sounding pushy

- Collecting power bills and qualifying each opportunity

- Setting clear expectations before the appointment

- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

- Working closely with our sales team to protect appointment quality

This is not an order-taking role.

You need to be able to lead the conversation, hold your frame and confidently ask for the appointment.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll suit this role if you:

- Have a strong, confident phone presence

- Have experience in appointment setting, outbound calling or phone sales

- Can handle objections without becoming flustered

- Are competitive and motivated by targets

- Take ownership of your numbers





- Are organised and process-driven

- Learn quickly and apply feedback

- Want to earn more by performing better

Solar experience is helpful, but not essential.

Phone confidence is non-negotiable.

We can teach you solar. We cannot teach you to care about results.

Earnings and Structure

- $70,000–$105,000 OTE

- Base salary plus weekly performance incentives

The later shift allows you to:

- Reach Queensland homeowners when they are actually available

- Cover WA customers during normal daytime hours

- Have your mornings free

- Avoid peak-hour morning traffic

- Train, surf, study or handle appointments before work

For the right person, it is one of the best parts of the role.
