A true boutique agency in both their size and the service that they offer to their clients, this Agency is a friendly, mature and collaborative team of 5 staff in total. With an unmatched reputation in their area, the properties they manage are predominantly in the Inner West and City Fringe, and in their words have kept only the ‘good landlords’
The Role
In this position you will take care of a portfolio that has been incredibly well-managed. Your duties will include:
- Day to day management of 160 residential properties
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Minimising arrears and maximising returns for owners
- Rent reviews and increases
- All inspections (ingoing, routines and outgoings)
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Property Management environment
- A Certificate of Registration / Class 2 License is a must - as is a car & driver's licence
- Immaculate presentation with strong communication skills
- Living locally in the Inner West / City Fringe is a major advantage
- Knowledge of PropertyTree will be highly regarded

- Only a 4.5 day week – work Monday – Thursday, plus only 10am – 2pm Saturday max!
- You will generally only do 2 – 4 opens on a Saturday so likely much less!
