We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a genuine 360-degree recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate placement and onboarding. You will have the autonomy to build and grow your desk while being supported by experienced Directors and a collaborative team.

About the Role

- Developing new business opportunities within the Financial Services sector
- Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments from job brief through to placement and onboarding
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities within the Financial Services sector. Leveraging and expanding your existing network and market relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying high-calibre candidates. Writing compelling job advertisements and candidate profiles
- Managing the interview process and providing exceptional candidate care. Conducting reference checks, offer management and salary negotiations
- Maintaining accurate recruitment administration and database records




- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

About You

- Current Australian recruitment agency experience (essential), ideally in Financial Services
- Proven success working in a 360-degree recruitment environment
- Existing relationships within the Financial Services market and the ability to leverage and grow a client network
- Strong business development and client management skills
- A consultative, professional and relationship-driven approach
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- A high level of motivation, resilience and accountability
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team
