Production Operator / Forklift Driver – Morning shift

Location: Dandenong South, VIC
Pay Rate: $36.81 per hour
Shift Times: 6am to 2pm

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator / Forklift Driver to join our team in Dandenong South on an ongoing morning shift.

This hands-on role involves manufacturing, material handling, forklift operation, and packing duties within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, physically fit, and capable of following detailed work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret batch sheets accurately and follow production instructions.
- Load raw materials into hot melt tanks to produce bulk product.
- Operate a forklift to transport raw materials from the warehouse to the production area.
- Handle and lift raw material bags weighing approximately 20–25kg.
- Pack finished product into 15kg cartons.
- Maintain high standards of 5S and quality standards.




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

- Current forklift licence with recent operating experience.
- Ability to read and follow batch sheets and production instructions.
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks and repetitive lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manufacturing or production experience highly regarded.
