With an incredible track-record across NSW, our client is an internationally recognised project marketing firm offering you an opportunity to join a high-performing, industry-leading team, working across two sites initially, and expanding to 4 in 2027

The Role:

Based in the corporate head office (CBD) one day and onsite in the Sales Suites the other 4 days, your day to day will include:

- Manage prospective purchasers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to appointment, deposit, and exchange
- maintaining strong customer relationships, protecting the accuracy and integrity of project data, and supporting the achievement of project sales targets
- Undertake outbound calling and follow up activity to generate appointments and progress customers through the sales funnel.
- deliver a professional, timely and customer focused experience while demonstrating strong sales discipline, accurate system use
- Maintain the Sales Office to a high presentation standard, including collateral, displays, cleanliness etc
- Keep the Project Manager and Project Director informed of customer updates, risks, delays and pipeline movements.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings as required

About You:





- Previous experience in selling off-the-plan (in apartments ideally)
- Professional presentation and confident customer facing manner
- Able to work weekends
- Proactive, organised and accountable, with the ability to work to targets, deadlines and KPIs
